What happens after signing the rental agreement?

After the rental agreement has been signed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your copy of the contract. The rental agreement contains the contact details of your landlord/-lady as well as their bank account details. Now you transfer the first month's rent and the security deposit to your landlord/-lady as agreed in the rental agreement.

You should also contact your landlord/-lady to arrange the handover of the apartment.
