When do I have to transfer the first month’s rent and the security deposit?

Depending on the apartment you want to rent, the first month's rent must either be paid into the landlord's bank account before you move in or securely via the Wunderflats platform at the point of booking confirmation. The security deposit must always be paid directly into the landlord's bank account before you move into the apartment. Please find more information here.
