When is an apartment reserved for me?

You can reserve the furnished apartment once a landlord has accepted your booking request.

You also need to have verified your identity and uploaded all required documents. Once you confirm the booking, the one-time service fee for tenants becomes due. For certain apartments, the first month’s rent also becomes due at this point. Once the payment is complete, the apartment is reserved for you.

To reserve the apartment as quickly as possible, it’s best to verify your identity and upload all required documents before you even send a request.

Please note that your chances of a confirmed booking are significantly higher if you send booking requests for several apartments.
