What happens once I have accepted a booking request?

As soon as you have accepted a booking request, we will request all the necessary documents for the conclusion of the contract from the prospective tenant. Any other outstanding questions are answered at the same time.

As soon as we have created the rental agreement, we will send it to you for review and signature. We then hand it over to the tenant for signature.
