By accepting the booking request, you confirm your willingness to host the prospective tenant in your apartment on the terms specified in the booking request.

Your confirmation starts the process of drawing up the rental agreement, but a rental agreement is not yet concluded.

Both you and the tenant can cancel the process at any time before the rental agreement is signed, stating reasons.
