When does the booking request become a binding booking?

The booking request finally becomes a binding booking as soon as the rental agreement has been signed by both parties. The rental agreement for a Wunderflat is concluded between the landlord/-lady and the tenant. 

Wunderflats is not a party to the rental agreement.
