What happens if several booking requests overlap in terms of time?

We forward all booking requests to you, even if they overlap in terms of time. You will find a corresponding overview in your account. You decide which booking requests you accept: You can accept all that you like.

After you have accepted the booking requests, the corresponding potential tenants will be notified. They then have to confirm the booking in turn. Only the person who confirms fastest will move forward with you in the booking process. 

If this person cancels, a notification is automatically sent to the other interested tenants whose booking request you had already accepted. They then have again the opportunity to confirm the booking.
