Which services are included in the Wunderflats service flat rate?

We at Wunderflats assist you in renting out your furnished apartments easily, safely, and without much effort. Our team is here to advise and support you.     Verified tenants: We verify each prospective tenant by confirming their employment and income, as well as requiring a valid ID or passport.     Maximum reach with just one listing: With our extensive marketing measures, we increase the reach of your listing.     Fast and secure contract conclusion: Once you have decided on a suitable tenant, we take care of the contract - with our verified rental agreements.    Professional presentation of your apartment: Our real estate photographers photograph your apartment free of charge. This verifies your apartment and increases the appeal of your listing.    Personal contact for all matters: We strive to build up a long-term cooperation with you. You can always reach one of our skilled and experienced team members to address any of your questions and concerns.    Free of charge until the apartment is successfully rented out: The Wunderflats service fee only applies once you have concluded a rental agreement with a tenant. We charge this fee on the total flat rate rental price - 10% plus 19% VAT, effectively 11.9%.    Start renting out now.

Is a photography service available for my apartment?

If you offer your apartment on Wunderflats.com for at least one year without interruptions, Wunderflats offers you a professional photoshoot of your apartment. So, your furnished apartment is verified and can be optimally listed on our platform     Would you like to make an appointment for the photo service? Simply send us an email at service@wunderflats.com so we can suggest an appointment for you.      Please note that if you do not cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, 75% of the order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Where can I see the status of a booking request?

Please log into your account as landlord/-lady. There you will find all current information on your booking requests in your "Dashboard".     Click here to log in.

Question 5

Is the rental agreement also available in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our verified Wunderflats rental agreement is bilingual. The German version is the legally valid version, the English translation is for your orientation.

Question 6

Can I read the rental agreement before the first rental?

Our team will also assist you with any queries you might have regarding the listing process, the design of the listing, and a free photographer's appointment.

Can I also advertise my apartment on other platforms?

Accepted Answer

Of course, you can advertise your apartment on other platforms – Wunderflats is not exclusive.

Question 8

Can I continue to advertise and look for tenants myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can also search for suitable tenants privately or on other platforms. Should you find a tenant yourself, we would like to ask you to adjust the availability of your flat in the availability calendar at Wunderflats. This way you can accordingly receive further suitable booking requests.

Question 9

Are my personal contact details published online?

Accepted Answer

No. Your personal contact details will not be published at any point. We only need your details to verify that you are who you say you are, to create rental agreements and any related invoices.      You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.

Question 10

Can I synchronise my booking calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes, booking data can be synchronised via ICalendar from Google.      To do this, log into your account and select the respective listing via the dashboard. Under "Availability", the link can be inserted under iCalendar.     After synching, the availability of your listing will be adjusted automatically. Your listing is thus automatically taken offline for the occupied periods.
