How can I confirm an accepted booking request?

As soon as the landlord accepts your booking request, you can confirm your booking and reserve the apartment by following these steps:

• Make sure you have verified your identity and uploaded all required documents into your account under "My documents"
• Click "Confirm and Pay"
• Pay the Wunderflats Service Fee online

You can pay this fee online via credit or debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice via email.

You can only confirm one booking. To make sure other applicants don't reserve it before you do, it's best to confirm the booking as soon as you receive the notification about the request being accepted. 

Once you confirm the booking, we will create the rental agreement with your details. As soon as you and the landlord/-lady sign the agreement, the booking becomes binding.
