Why do I get so little information about the prospective tenants?

With the booking request, we initially send you the name and profession of the prospective tenant, as well as details on the number of adults, children and pets who would move into the apartment. 

As the booking request is not yet binding, you will receive further information for data protection reasons only after your confirmation of the booking request. You are then welcome to send us your questions by email or telephone.
