When is an apartment reserved for me?

You can reserve the apartment as soon as the landlord/-lady accepts your booking request: 

• Make sure you've verified your identity and uploaded all the documents we need to set up the rental agreement.
• Confirm the booking and pay the Wunderflats Service Fee.

As soon as you confirm the booking, the apartment is reserved for you. To make sure you confirm the booking and reserve the apartment before others do, it's best to verify your identity and upload your documents before you send the request.
