Common questions
How can I invite new landlords/-ladies?
After you are logged in as a landlord/-lady, you can invite others to Wunderflats. To do so, click on the three lines at the top right of your account symbol and select "Invite Landlord".This will take you to your personal referral page. There you will find your individual referral link and can invite landlords/-ladies to Wunderflats in two ways. You can directly enter the email address of the person you would like to invite to Wunderflats. We will automatically send an email with your invitation to this email address. You can enter several email addresses one after the other. Alternatively, you can copy the link below the input field and forward it. This is your individual referral link. You can use the same link for all persons you would like to invite to Wunderflats.
Can I refer several landlords/-ladies?
Yes. You can invite all the landlords/-ladies from your network, who wish to rent out one or more furnished apartments. For each person you refer, we will thank you with a credit of €300 after their first successful booking (a rental agreement has been signed with a Wunderflats tenant). Your referrals will also receive €300! This credit will automatically be deducted from your next invoices.
I referred a landlord/-lady. When do I receive the €300 credit?
The landlord/-lady you referred must register on Wunderflats and create a listing either via the invitation email they received from us or via the link you obtained under "Invite Landlords" and sent to them. As soon as we have activated this listing and it has been successfully booked (a rental agreement has been signed with a Wunderflats tenant) for the first time, you will receive a credit of €300. This credit will automatically be deducted from your next invoices.
I was referred. Do I also receive the €300 credit?
If you have received an invitation email from Wunderflats, please click on the "List my apartment" button. If instead you have received a link from the landlord/-lady inviting you to join us, open this link in your browser. If you have created a listing via one of these options by clicking on "Start renting out" and this listing has been successfully booked for the first time (a rental agreement has been signed with a Wunderflats tenant), you will receive a credit of €300.
