Wild parties are not allowed, but please dont hesitate to have nice gatherings. There is a party with the neighbours always the first thursday of the month. Please observe the general rules of conduct. In addition: The cleaning fee does not include any charges for returning furniture to its original condition. Please make your own arrangements to keep furniture etc. nice, clean and whole.
Pets are allowed with conditions
If you have a small dog, that is very fine. Cats unfortunately not since they scratch the furniture.
