Can I extend my stay in a Wunderflat?

Accepted Answer

You can extend your stay in most cases. If the apartment is available for the desired period and the landlord agrees to the extension, we will gladly take care of a rental agreement extension.     You can easily request the extension online in your Wunderflats account.     If the apartment is occupied in that period, we will be glad to help you find a new furnished apartment. Will there be any additional charges if I extend my stay?

Will the rental price change if I extend my stay?

Accepted Answer

The rental price generally doesn’t change. However, the landlord can adjust the rental price and, for example, adapt it to increased energy costs.
