Do I have to pay to use Wunderflats?

For landlords/-ladies, creating the listings as well as the all-round support and advice from our team of experts is completely free of charge. After you have decided on one of our tenants and a rental agreement has been concluded, the Wunderflats service fee applies. This is 10% plus 19% VAT, effectively 11.9%. It is charged on the total fixed rental price and you will receive an invoice for this.   For tenants our services are completely free of charge.
