My online payment has been declined, but the money has left my account. What should I do?
If your transaction was declined, it is likely that you haven’t been charged, and have a pre-authorization on your account instead.
Pre-authorizations are a temporary hold on the card which will generally reverse in 3-5 working days. Wunderflats has no control over returning pre-authorizations for declined payments, the payment must lay in a “dormant” state for a couple of days before your bank will reclaim the funds. If your payment has not been returned after 5 working days, please contact your card issuer.
