I've referred a landlord. When do I receive the €300 credit?

The landlord you referred must register on Wunderflats and create a listing either via the invitation email they received from us or via the link you obtained under "Invite Landlords" and sent to them. As soon as we have activated this listing and it has been successfully booked (a rental agreement has been signed with a Wunderflats tenant) for the first time, you will receive a credit of €300. This credit will automatically be deducted from your next invoices.
