Can the tenant move out before the end of the rental agreement?

In the case of fixed-term rental agreements, the law does not provide for early termination. In exceptional cases, extraordinary termination is possible, for example, the tenant is denied access to the flat or is not granted access in time, or if there is a considerable health hazard in the apartment.

You have the option of coming to an individual agreement with your tenant on an early termination of the tenancy. We will be happy to help you seamlessly find a new tenant for your flat.
