You can create a listing on Wunderflats in just a few steps. In order for your listing to go online successfully, you must be logged in to your account. 

• Enter the address of your furnished apartment.

• You can then create an account: Using your email address or an existing account on Facebook, Google or LinkedIn.

• After you have confirmed your email address and completed your account details, you can directly edit your first listing.

• Add general information about your apartment and the individual rooms.

• Determine the monthly all-inclusive rent including all utilities of your apartment. 

• Upload photos of your apartment. 

• Give your listing a meaningful title and add a description of the apartment in English and German.

• Furthermore, you can select additional features from a list. 

• Click on "Publish" to complete your listing. 

• We will then contact you by email to arrange an appointment for a verification call.

• Once we have been in contact with each other and have verified you, we will activate the listing for you and thus put it online.
