What happens in case of loss of rent?

Your tenants enter into a tenancy agreement with you and are therefore obliged to correctly pay the rent to you. 

At your request, we will gladly remind your tenants of outstanding rental payments and contact them personally. However, Wunderflats is not a party to the rental agreement. If you do not receive the rent even after several requests for payment from you and from us, we recommend a dunning procedure. We will gladly provide you with the necessary information for this procedure.
