With 500 Mbps fiber optic internet, it is also suitable for longer stays and working remotely. Augarten, cafés, and shopping facilities are very close by; you can easily explore the city by tram.

I rent out my home when I'm away. Therefore, we might not meet in person. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, you can easily reach me via Airbnb. I usually reply within a few hours. As a Viennese who travels a lot myself, I'm happy to give you tips for the neighborhood and help you settle in. I speak German, English, and Spanish.
