Large room with windows to three directions and direct access to our garden. You will have a separate powder room. Kitchen and shower will be shared with the main tenant. Neighborhood is very calm, parking is easy, you walk to various busses and trains in 10 min. Apartment is located in the south-west of the city. You reach downtown West-Berlin in 20 min, downtown East in 35 min. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bookstore can all be reached with a 10 min walk.
