You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a cozy box-spring couch (permanent sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. The parking space with charging station directly in front of the balcony is part of the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.
Additional Information
Your apartment is on the first floor, with the bedroom and kitchen facing the inner courtyard. You can see your car in the parking lot from both rooms. I have renovated the apartment for you. If you are up to four guests, that's no problem, as two of you can sleep on the super-comfortable box-spring sofa bed :-) You have two TVs with Netflix. You can charge your car with up to 9 amps of green electricity. Please ask me about access.
