This fully furnished 1.5-room apartment on the first floor of a modern new building combines contemporary design with true living comfort. The furnishings are stylish and at the same time cozy – a home that works from day one. Since I am renting out the apartment during my stay abroad, it is personally very important to me. I am looking for someone who will treat it carefully and respectfully – and leave it as he or she found it.
