While we do not currently offer insurance, we make sure that the landlord receives a security deposit from the tenant at the beginning of each tenancy. This payment serves as security for any damage that may occur, and is usually equal to 1.5 months of rent. At the end of the tenancy, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the property and inventory. If any damage is found, we will assess the cost of repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit. This means, there is no additional cost to the landlord in the event of damage.

Yes. Our team thoroughly checks the state of the apartment and the inventory list at each handover. And of course, if any repair work becomes necessary during an ongoing tenancy, we will take care of it. You don’t need to spend time dealing with craftspeople, we will coordinate all appointments, and will be there on-site if necessary. In order to save you time, we will agree on a price level for repairs in advance. We will only need to involve you for approvals in cases where repair costs are above the agreed level, otherwise we take care of all with our trusted partners at short notice. By repairing damages quickly, we keep periods between tenancies at a minimum.

Yes. From the moment we start to provide Wunderflats Plus services, our Team becomes the single point of contact, and manages all communications with tenants. We respond to each inquiry, and only reach out to landlords with questions that need their attention.

Yes. We continuously monitor and optimize prices. When we create a listing, we analyze our internal data on actual bookings, and find the best rental price, the starting date and the length of the rental period. This way, we also make sure that apartment doesn’t stay empty.
