The price is for 1 person. For the second person there is an additional charge of €150/month. Registration with the city, changing the mailbox or bell costs €50/month per person. The cleaning fee is 850€ for stays of 5 months or more, 600€ for stays of 3 or 4 months, 400€ for stays of 2 months and 250€ for stays of one month Cleaning the apartment after the stay is necessary
