Entire apartment

We (Paula + Niklas) would like to sublet our 3-room old building apartment in Linden Nord for 5 months. The apartment has 3 rooms (bedroom, living room and the small study) and a very wide, large hallway with a table that can be used like a dining room. The bedroom faces the backyard, the other two rooms face Limmerstrasse. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't have a balcony, but in summer it's great to sit in the courtyard with the chickens from the neighboring property.
