Beautiful, quietly located apartment nestled in a small side street off Fuhlsbüttler Straße. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and it takes about 8 minutes to reach the Barmbek or Habichtstraße U-Bahn stations. All shopping facilities are within a few minutes' reach. The building has a very friendly community, and everyone is welcome to use the shared garden. The eat-in kitchen is lovely and fully equipped – except for a dishwasher.

Additional Information

The apartment is available for full rent from Monday to Friday. On most weekends, I’ll probably be at home as well, since my new apartment won’t be ready until mid-October. However, I’m open to discussing and agreeing together on who uses which room during that time. I’m also happy to sleep on the couch or stay with friends if needed. I’m a doctor and have just become self-employed with my own practice.
