The flat is part of a newly constructed building in Berlin-Reinickendorf close to Wedding. The Schillerpark and Schäfersee, the underground stations Rehberge and Paracelsusbad, S-Bahn Alt-Reinickendorf and various bus lines are within walking distance. It is located on the 3rd floor, is bright and can be reached by lift.
