We are renting out our charming semi-detached house as we will not be in Munich between February and August/September. The house is occupied by our family with two little children, so it is child-friendly equipped (e.g. stair gates). On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a guest toilet, and an open kitchen/dining area/living room. A small garden with a terrace, hammock, and raised bed provides relaxation opportunities in the summer. Bicycles/strollers can be safely stored in the garden...
