1-room apartment in the converted attic, bedroom and living room with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. On the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board as well as a guest WC. There is a garden for all tenants. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment. Laundry and cleaning services can be arranged separately. All tenants are subject to house rules, which are handed over with the tenancy agreement.
