Our studios, located on the mezzanine floor, have a double bed, table and seating, kitchenette, WiFi, TV and a modern shower room. The apartments are decorated in different themes: metal, forest and art deco and were built in 2018 and 2019. Our apartment house is only 1.8 km or 4 tram stops from the city center. All shopping facilities, cinema, restaurants, bars and snack bars in direct walking distance.
