No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A penalty of €150 will be charged for any violation. Key Loss: A fee of €100 will be applied for the loss of any key. Damages: Any damage to furniture or inventory will be charged to the tenant. Late Check-Out: An unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of €50. Note: All the above-mentioned charges may be deducted directly from the security deposit if necessary.
