The plants have to be watered, and you can do so by yourself, or we will send someone every 2 weeks to do so. Please also note that the price given is for an average occupancy of 3 people. For a 4th occupant, an additional 200 EUR p/month will be added to the rental fee.

Please avoid bigger parties, smaller gatherings for dinner etc are allowed. Please be mindful to keep the bedroom windows closed when there is music etc in the apartment, as this side of the building echoes a lot. There are some plants in the apartment that need to be watered every now and then. You can do this yourself and communicate about it with the landlord, or we can send someone to do this once every 2 weeks.
