This is a small paradise in a dream location. The property is recreational area and therefore a vacation home plot with its own house number. I can not issue a landlord´s confirmation of residence, because it is the described recreation area and a vacation home. Up to 6 months you can live there without registration. But I rent only 2 months. After that only by personal arrangement. But there is an official house number and a mailbox I can put there immediately. The price includes the commission to the brokerage company and my own sales tax, which I have to pay to the tax office, and the incidental expenses.
