New noise-reducing doors were installed and the walls were reinforced to reduce noise. The apartment has been equipped with oak parquet and tiles in the bathroom. A cellar room, as well as the possibility to safely park the bicycle in the backyard, exist. It is easy to find a parking space in the area, and you can also park in the backyard.
