Note on the rental price: The consumption-dependent total costs (such as electricity, water, heating etc) are included in the rental price up to a total amount of EUR 100 per month. The monthly apartment price is for one person. A surcharge of EUR 100 per each additional person per month applies. A maximum of 2 people are possible. The legally mandated broadcasting fee of €18.36 is levied regardless of how many people live in the apartment.. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee.
