Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Great for a single or couple. Not really working for roommates. Fully furnished and all expenses included (heating, warm water, electricity and internet). Only radio fee needs to be paid separately. You can enjoy a coffee on the balcony or have it in one of the good coffee shops in the neighborhood. Thanks to new multi glass windows the nearby railway tracks are not a disruptive factor.
