Renting out my perfect located flat in Berlin. It is right in the middle of Graefekiez with lots of Restaurants and Bars in walking distance. Admiralbrücke, Maybachufer and Paul-Lincke-Ufer are around the corner. The flat is right in the middle between U-Bahn trainstation Südstern and U-Bahn Schönleinstraße. And a Bus with direct connection to central Station right around the corner.

Prefered duration of stay is 3 months. The apartment is separated in living/bedroom, Bathroom, hallway and kitchen and has a shared garden. Due to the high ceiling we installed a 2nd floor in the livingroom as sleeping area (accessable through the ladder shown on the pictures).
