The house was completely renovated and the apartment was modernized. The decor is Scandinavian simple with attention to detail. There are two balconies. There is currently a construction site on Kaiser-Wilhelm Straße, which is only occupied on weekdays until 4:00 p.m. However, our windows are very well insulated and you hardly notice anything of the construction site.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful streets in Hamburg, the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strasse. This runs from Park Planten un Bloomen from the music hall (Laeszhalle) behind to the city center. The ramparts are right in front of the door, a 3-minute walk away. You can walk to St Pauli or to the TV tower in the park. Just around the corner Wednesdays and Saturdays weekly market on the Großneumarkt. A short 3-minute walk to the Gänsemarkt and Neuer Wall shopping areas.
