Why not live and work by the sea for a few weeks or months a year? With home office or remote jobs it is generally possible. However, since we can't live in our "beach house" all the time, we want to share it with others. The heart of the house is the open living room with kitchen and dining room with gallery and work space. The fully glazed gable front offers a great view to the south over the fields. The house also has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large garden.

It is only 800m walking distance to the Baltic Sea beach and the Flensburg Fjord with an amazing view to Denmark. Westerholz itself has a small, beautiful beach which is perfectly equipped with a bathing jetty, benches, showers, toilets and a fish snack bar. With a playground, it is also ideal for families.
