Good to know: In my opinion, Mannheim Luzenberg is an inconspicuous district of Mannheim. The neighborhood is very friendly, there is a very good butcher within walking distance. - Coasters must be used on glass and wooden tables to protect the surfaces (they are provided). - Glass wall and fittings should be dried with a microfibre cloth after showering (I also provide one to prevent limescale stains) - Please take off your shoes in the apartment (delicate wooden floor), there is enough space in the cloakroom to store your shoes - Handle sports equipment carefully (e.g. placing weights carefully) Overall, the house rules posted in the hallway apply.
