The apartment was newly renovated at the end of 2021 - including new bathroom, floor, walls and kitchen. The location is very quiet, but still very convenient for all daily needs (e.g. multiple grocery stores are only 5 minutes walk). The area is also great for many outdoor activities (e.g. the wildlife park and a public pool in the forest). The station for tram line number 4 is very close - and this tram gets you to downtown Cologne pretty quickly.
