Furnished Souterrain Apartment in a small quiet street close to the park (Hofgarten) and Oldtown. This Apartment has a bit less day light because of the position, but the flat is very cosy and spaceful with a separate full equipped kitchen. Wifi is included. Weekly basic cleaning and every two weeks changes of towels and bedsheets are included. The washing machine and dryer are in the house ( included in the rent)

The apartment is located near a big central park called Hofgarten. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, and other shops are just a couple of meters away. It´s just a walking distance to oldtown. The Underground station ( Nordstraße) is just 50m away with the directions to Central station and trade fair or Duisburg. Weekly cleaning: Towels and bed linen are changed (already included in the rent). Check out till 12.00 o´clock
