The following communal areas are also available: Living and dining area approx. 40sqm, approx. 20sqm eat-in kitchen with kitchen island, 1 guest WC on the ground floor, cellar for laundry, 1 larger bathroom with shower and bathtub (use of the bathroom on 14 days alone, as children are not there).
