This is a small but cozy apartment, in the middle of Cologne. The apartment is fully furnished and offers on its 24 square meters both a separate living - and dining area and its own small bedroom. The kitchen is an open kitchenette, also with all utensils and appliances of daily use (cutlery, glasses, plates, oven). The rent already includes electricity, internet, and all utilities. Electricity is charged at 50€ per month, if you use less, you will be reimbursed after the rental period.
