The bunk (murhpy) bed is a very special feature. Enables you to convert the room either into living room or bedroom. The built in wardrobe in the entrance area offers you space for all your clothes plus belongings. Washing machine and dish washer have a timer which project onto floor so you see when your dishes or clothes are ready. Of course there is a dedicated router and Smart TV. And the crowning glory is the balcony with a view through a protected trumpet tree to a monumental fountain.
