House rules The lease can be terminated immediately if: 1- Always observe the local social laws if noise, loud music or other disturbances to the neighbors occur. 2- No person other than the person named in the contract may sleep in the apartment. 3- The handover of the keys on departure takes place no later than 12:00 (noon), unless otherwise agreed in advance. 4- No animals may be kept in the apartment. 5- Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
