Quiet location, only 5 minutes on foot to Hamburg Mall where many shops are located, 5 minutes by foot to the U-Dehnhaide subway (where the post office is also located. 10 minutes by train to Hamburg city center as such as Moenckebergstrasse, 15 minutes by train to Hamburg Harbour City. If you are a biking enthusiast, there are many excellent bicycle routes nearby. We are able to get on a bicycle route for 10 minutes and arrive at the Alster or Stadtpark.

On request, a bed and wardrobe can also be added. The advance payment for electricity and heating is 150 euros, if this is exceeded additional costs will be charged. A cleaning lady can be added at an additional cost.

It is in the interest of all neighbors to ensure absolute silence from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., as well as on Sundays and Fridays until 9 a.m. Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the night’s rest may be not disturbed by bathing or showering. Grilling on the balcony is not permitted. Household and kitchen waste, hygiene items, paper diapers, and the like may not be thrown into the toilet or sink.
