Due to its backyard location, the property is surrounded by greenery and there is no traffic noise. Restaurants, bars and cafés as well as all everyday stores (e.g. various bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets) are in the immediate vicinity. Esslingen train station is just a few minutes away by public transport.
